On October 30, the Biden administration put forth an executive order on AI. It states that the new standards for AI safety and security will:
"Shape AI’s potential to transform education by creating resources to support educators deploying AI-enabled educational tools, such as personalized tutoring in schools."
Of note, the proposed watermarking of AI products (writing, images, and other media) will also have implications for ed.
