Google uses "Google Groups" for organizations to set up distribution lists. To see check if you are already in a group and to see if email is coming to your inbox, please follow these steps.
1. Go to groups.google.com
2. See the groups you are a part of
For Groups you are already a member of
1. Look under "subscription" it should say one of the following
- Each email—Messages are sent individually as they’re posted to the group.
- Digest—Up to 25 complete messages are combined into single emails and sent daily.
- Abridged—Summaries of up to 150 messages are combined into single emails and sent daily.
- No email—Messages from the group are not sent.
2. Select which level of email you would like from each group.
For Groups you are not a member of but would like to be
1. Click on "all groups" on the left hand side.
2. If you are unable to request the group please email techticket@ncs.org
3. If you do not see the group you would like to join but know it exists, please email techticket@ncs.org (some groups are hidden from view)
